Administrative Services
The mission of Administrative Services is to provide and support an environment that is conducive to teaching and learning. The division also serves as the point of contact for legal issues and enterprise risk management.Campus Directors
The Campus Directors serve a vital role at the Community College of Baltimore County by bringing a holistic perspective to college projects and events. This perspective enhances cooperation both within Administrative Services and between Administrative Services and other areas.
Facilities Management
Facilities Management is responsible for the operational maintenance, expansion and stewardship of the institution’s physical assets. The department’s mission is the continued management, care, and appreciation of capital resources for the benefit of future generations.
Finance
Finance is responsible for the accounting and reporting practices of the college and foundations. A major component of responsibility is the budget administration that includes the development of an annual operating budget for both the college and foundation, as well as the development of a capital budget.
Human Resources
The Human Resource Department provides leadership and support to the college to support its human capital needs. The department focuses on the five key areas of human resources: employment, compensation, benefits, employee, and labor relations, and professional development.
Information Technology
Information Technology Services strives to support the academic mission of the Community College of Baltimore County through excellence in design, development, and application of technology services for the college community. Information Technology Services recognizes the critical role technology serves the goals of advancing education.
Planning, Research and Evaluation
The mission of the CCBC Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation is to lead and support the planning, evaluation and institutional research efforts of the Community College of Baltimore County. PRE also manages the college’s external reporting and accountability processes and responds to internal, informational concerns.
Public Safety
The Department of Public Safety at CCBC is a professional public safety organization that provides services 24 hours a day throughout the year. The Public Safety Department staff includes certified and non-certified officers, civilian staff, and student support.
