Administrative Services

The division of Administrative Services supports an environment that is conducive to teaching and learning. The division also serves as the point of contact for legal issues and enterprise risk management.

Business services oversees planning and implementation of various student-related business transactions, such as the Bookstores, dining services, vending, payments and more.

The Community College of Baltimore County comprises three main campuses and three extension centers. Each location's operations are managed locally.

Campus and Center Directors

Facilities Management is responsible for the operational maintenance, expansion and stewardship of the institution’s physical assets. They are responsible for building care, grounds, recycling, maintenance and the smooth operation of all campus amenities.

The Human Resource Department oversees employment, compensation, benefits, employee, and labor relations and professional development.

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) oversees legal inquiries, labor and employment, contracts and real-estate, as well as compliance with Federal Laws such as FERPA, Clery Act, Title IX and more. We care about legal issues of interest and importance to the campus community.

The mission of the CCBC Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (PRE) is to lead and support the planning, evaluation and institutional research efforts of the Community College of Baltimore County. PRE provides institutional and programmatic research for the purposes of reporting to various state and federal agencies.

The Department of Public Safety at CCBC is a professional public safety organization that provides services 24 hours a day throughout the year. The Public Safety Department staff includes certified and non-certified officers, civilian staff and student support.
