To qualify for discounted online tuition rates, the student must reside outside of Maryland and be enrolled in classes that are remote synchronous (online using video software during scheduled days and times) asynchronous (no scheduled times) or a combination of the two (blended online), that does not require on-site activity. All other on-site and blended courses will be assessed at the standard out-of-state/international rate of $377 per credit hour.
