Registration and Payment: Continuing Education

How to register and pay

For continuing education classes, payment is generally due at the time of registration. CCBC offers several registration and payment options to make it easy for you to enroll in the way that works best for you.

The quickest and easiest way to secure your continuing education classes is by registering and paying online with your credit card.

To register online, you will need to have the course registration number (CRN) ready.

  • If you do not know the CRN:
    1. Search for upcoming classes using keywords in our program and course finder.
    2. Select your course from the search results.
    3. Locate the specific section you are interested in and select Register.
  • If you have the CRN, register here.
    1. Enter the CRN using the search under Continuing Education Courses.

Complete the registration form and pay in person at an Enrollment Service Center on the CCBC Campus nearest you. When paying in person, we accept cash, check, money order or credit card.

You can send us your payment by check or money order, accompanied by your registration form.

Continuing education payment plans

CCBC offers convenient installment plans that can help you stretch out your payments for continuing education courses or programs. If you are taking a course (or multiple courses in the same program) totaling $500 or more, you can take advantage of this option.

There is no interest, but you will need to pay an initial deposit and a $30 processing fee. Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your checking, savings or credit card account through Nelnet Business Solutions.

For more information and assistance with enrolling, please call us at 443.840.2222.

Refunds

Students may receive a refund for continuing education classes by contacting CCBC’s School of Continuing Education at 443.840.2222 at least one business day prior to the start of your class. Refunds for continuing education classes are paid by check.
