Current students can schedule an advising appointment through myCCBC (you’ll need your CCBC ID number). Once you submit an advising request form, we’ll reach out to you promptly.
Need help with coursework or want to strengthen your study skills? The Student Success Centers offer one‑on‑one support in areas like math, writing, and study strategies, so you can build confidence and succeed in your classes. Current students can schedule a tutoring or writing center appointment through myCCBC.
Trio Student Support Services (SSS) is tailored to first‑generation college students, income‑eligible students and students with disabilities. We’re here to surround you with guidance, encouragement and resources to help you succeed in college, graduate and transfer.
Current CCBC students who meet the necessary eligibility requirements can apply to join Trio in myCCBC. Log in using your CCBC email and password.
Graduation doesn't happen automatically. Applying is a required step to receive your degree or certificate. CCBC awards degrees and certificates three times a year: August, December and May.
Through myCCBC, you can access everything you need to apply for graduation; including the application, eligibility requirements and next steps. Be sure your student record and declared major are up to date.
Graduating students are also invited to participate in Commencement, held at the conclusion of the spring semester at CCBC Essex. Participation is optional, but we’d love to celebrate with you.
If you’re planning to earn a bachelor’s degree, CCBC can help you get there! We have transfer agreements with many four‑year colleges and universities. You can even take courses at partner schools while still enrolled at CCBC thanks to our dual admission program, Degrees to Succeed.
