Transfer institutions
Explore the study abroad websites of colleges and universities that interest you for transfer (Towson, UMCP, etc.). Studying abroad through your future institution may ease credit transfer and may be especially worthwhile if you plan to study abroad for a semester or longer.
International Institutions
Some students may benefit from enrolling directly with a university overseas rather than through a U.S.-based company or institution. This option can often be relatively inexpensive and such a rich cultural experience that it is worth pursuing despite some potential limitations with credit transfer.
