Registering for Classes

Students can register through the myCCBC student portal.

Registering for classes is one of the most important steps you’ll take at CCBC. Here’s what you need to know to make the process smooth and simple.

When to register

Below are our upcoming open sessions. Register early for the best course availability!

Yearlong schedule

Plan ahead with a semester-by-semester breakdown of registration periods, start dates and more. It’s a helpful resource for planning your yearlong schedule.

Before you register

Set yourself up for a smooth registration. Verify your student record and connect with an advisor to choose the right courses and stay on track.

How to register

We recommend registering online through QuickReg or SIMON, available in myCCBC. Or visit an Enrollment Services Center during regular business hours to register in person.

After you register

A few simple steps will get you ready for the first day of class. Here's what to take care of next, from paying your bill to finding your way around campus.

Payment options, made easy

Visit Payment plans and payment due dates to find your deadline and see whether a payment plan is right for you.

You can pay online through myCCBC with a credit card or bank transfer, by mail to Student Financial Services, or in person at any campus office.

Before you pay out of pocket, see what you may already qualify for. Financial aid, scholarships and grants can lower your cost, and CCBC offers tuition-free options for degree, certificate and workforce students.

Stay on track with key dates

The academic calendar lists refund, drop and withdrawal deadlines for every semester and session. Review it for your specific term so you don't miss a deadline.

If you need to drop or withdraw from a class, login to myCCBC for the full steps, deadlines and how it may affect your tuition, financial aid or transcript.

Have what you need on day one

Many CCBC courses use free or low-cost course materials to help keep your costs down.

Find your way around campus

Find directions, maps and details for CCBC's locations in Catonsville, Dundalk and Essex, plus additional sites across the region.

Haven't been to campus yet? Take a virtual tour, join an in-person campus tour or check out an upcoming admissions event to see CCBC for yourself before your first class.
