Tax-sheltered annuities – 403(b)
Employees contribute to these plans on a pre-tax basis through deferred compensation. These plans are open to all CCBC Employees, including part-time staff and adjunct faculty. CCBC partners with Fidelity Investments, Lincoln Financial, T.Rowe Price, TIAA, Corebridge Financial and VOYA for these plans. Some plans include the Roth 403(b) option, which allows after-tax contributions and tax-free withdraws following retirement.
Deferred Compensation Plan — 457(b)
Employees may contribute to this Voya plan on a pre-tax basis through deferred compensation salary reduction. It is similar to a 403(b) but offers additional "catch up" contribution opportunities for those nearing retirement.

Legal Resources is a pre-paid legal voluntary benefit for advice, consultation and representation for commonly used legal services.

CCBC is proud to offer its employees ample leave to help balance life and work. Leave categories include sick and safe leave, vacation, personal leave, Winter and Spring academic year breaks, holidays, bereavement, jury duty, military leave and sabbaticals.
Free personal advocates assisting you and any household member to resolve any issues. Employees do not need to participate in our medical plans to utilize this benefit.
Eligible full-time employees may qualify for waiver or reimbursement programs. Spouses and legal dependents up to age 22 are eligible for reimbursement with proof of successful completion and a C or better grade. Employees eligible for Tuition Assistance become eligible for the external Tuition Reimbursement program the first semester after one calendar year of employment. Eligibility for waiver or reimbursement for CCBC courses begins after the completion of a 90-day probation for public safety and classified employees.
Classified employees are eligible for a lump sum award of $500 for completion of an unduplicated college degree.
Children of ANY current full-time benefits-eligible CCBC employee with at least four years of continuous full-time employment are eligible to receive a scholarship valued at up to $120,000 over four years ($30,000 annually).
