How do STEM workers, including NASA professionals, cope with stress?
Join us to unwind, reflect, and experience the soothing power of meditation inside our serene planetarium. Meditation is a powerful tool for maintaining psychological health and resilience. Since the planetarium offers a dark and quiet space for relaxation, it is the perfect place for meditation.
Enjoy a free guided meditation experience created by Ball State University and available to many planetariums worldwide such as our Benjamin Banneker planetarium. View an amazing sunset as you travel from the Grand Canyon to the North Pole. Then relax under a night sky filled with stars and glimpses of the Northern Lights.
In addition, live guidance will also be provided by Dr. Ann Merck MacLellan, CCBC Professor of Sociology and coordinator of the CCBC Global Studies program to further enhance your experience.
