English for parents and caregivers
Family Literacy ESOL classes help parents learn English language skills for life, work and to fully partner in their children’s education. To participate in this program, parents must have a child (0-16 years old) enrolled in Baltimore County Public Schools, select private schools or the Judy Center of Baltimore County.
These classes are tuition-free through support from the Maryland Department of Labor, but students will need to purchase the accompanying workbook. Students with an F-1 or J-1 Visa are not eligible for Maryland Department of Labor grant-funded classes.
Classes are offered in-person in morning and evening. All students need a smartphone.
