Student Accessibility Services

Meet with Student Accessibility Services (SAS).

If you have a documented disability and need special accommodations or additional support, your first step is to connect with a SAS counselor. To get started, complete this intake form below. Please note that you will be prompted to log in with your CCBC credentials before accessing the form.

Counseling Services

SAS counselors can help you with:

  • Understanding the medical documentation and other requirements needed for accommodations.
  • Accommodations for placement testing or CCBC classes/activities.
  • Course selection/registration.
  • Personal, academic and career goals.

Types of Accommodations

Accommodations will vary based on individual student factors, but some may include:

  • Sign language interpreters.
  • Books in braille or electronic format.
  • Accommodated testing.
  • Furniture and equipment.
  • Textbooks in an alternate format.
  • Assistive technology.

Are you a returning student?

We ask that students complete this form each semester to request accommodation letters from their instructors. If you change your class schedule, you will need to complete a new form.
