Kinesiology
Immersed in the world of fitness, medical exercise, exercise science, and sports conditioning, students learn how to conduct health risk appraisals and fitness assessments, interpret assessment results, design evidence-based exercise programs, provide fitness instruction and supervise fitness facilities.The Kinesiology program prepares students for career options, which include athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, physical therapist, personal trainer, or a fitness specialist. Graduates are prepared to enter the workforce or transfer to a four-year kinesiology degree program.
