CCBC students can complete bachelor’s degrees at Swansea University in the U.K.

Nov 04, 2019

CCBC has finalized a Memorandum of Understanding with its first partner institution in the United Kingdom, Swansea University. The 100-year old university is located on the coast of South Wales.

CCBC students in the final year of their associate degree studies at CCBC may apply to spend the next two years completing their bachelor’s degree at Swansea.

This opportunity is now open to students who wish to pursue bachelor's degrees in a number of fields in the humanities, social sciences, and human services. CCBC and Swansea anticipate increasing the number of disciplines involved over the coming months.

Students may use much of their U.S. financial aid at Swansea and may work while they study in the U.K. Swansea has excellent career experiences integrated into its bachelor's degree programs and also has strong student support services and extracurricular life.

The partnership with Swansea University is being offered through Global Education at CCBC as part of its efforts to prepare students for academic and professional success in today’s world, where cross-cultural skills and knowledge are essential.
