CCBC Fast Start Scholarships available for 2017 high school grads enrolling in Honors Program

Baltimore County, MD – Finding money for college is never easy. But, CCBC is making it easier for 2017 high school grads with Fast Start Scholarships. Graduating high school students are automatically eligible for these scholarships with admittance into CCBC’s Honors Program.

The Honors Program at CCBC promotes academic excellence in students who are both highly motivated and intellectually curious. Honors students receive at least one scholarship each semester provided they register for Honors courses and earn a 3.5 GPA. They are paired with a faculty mentor, enjoy smaller class sizes and guaranteed admission to 10 area colleges and universities. And those are just some of the perks!

Plus, all 2017 high school graduates (public, private and home-school graduates) admitted to the CCBC Honors Program receive a $1,000 Fast Start scholarship for the fall 2017 semester. They’ll also receive $500 each continuing semester when they enroll in at least one Honors course and maintain a 3.5 GPA.
