Gerald GietkaRetired after multiple careers in public, private and academic sectors, Gietka holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University and an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Thomas More College.
He has had extensive experience in management in the transportation industry as well as careers in Federal (Dept. of Transportation) and state (Dept. of Environment) government. He also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, University College Graduate School of Management and Engineering.
Gietka currently serves on two separate private charitable foundations and a local community theatre board. He is also active in community theatre as an actor and director. Gietka has had his own radio talk shows on WCBM and WNAV as well as on local public access TV, for which he received a Telly award.
