Do not go to any CCBC campus to obtain services. Use email instead. In light of the coronavirus outbreak, CCBC has suspended public-facing, in-person services. However, CCBC is still providing enrollment and student services assistance on a limited basis through email.

If you need information about a service, visit the department online or email specific questions using the contact information noted below. We ask for your patience in receiving a reply to your email. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Important tips for emailing CCBC departments

So that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible, please remember to include student’s:
  • First and last name
  • CCBC ID (if a current student)
  • Date of birth
  • Major (if applicable)
  • Course information, question(s) and/or any other specific information you think may be helpful

Academic Advisement

Academic advisement is critical to reaching your educational goals. Whether you’re earning a degree or targeting transfer, our Advisors know the ins and outs to guide you on your way. Special Spring 2020 deferred payment plan

To help you stay on track during this difficult time, we’re introducing a deferred payment plan for students who:
  • Are currently enrolled in Spring 2020 classes.
  • Have a remaining balance with CCBC, but are struggling to pay due to the pandemic.
  • Are not already enrolled in a CCBC payment plan.
With a $25 enrollment fee, you can stretch your payments up to a 4-month period.

Testing Center

The Testing Center is not providing proctoring services at this time. This includes CCBC course exams, the placement test and any other type of test including CLEP, GED or DSST exams and other proctoring services.

Online Writing Lab

Need help completing a writing assignment? The CCBC Online Writing Lab (OWL) can help. Staffed by English department faculty, OWL provides free writing assistance to students on all phases of writing.

CCBC students who are registered for a class can submit to OWL 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when the college is closed for winter break, summer break or holidays.
