Here’s how to get help with student service questions

Do not go to any CCBC campus to obtain services. Use email instead. In light of the coronavirus outbreak, CCBC has suspended public-facing, in-person services. However, CCBC is still providing enrollment and student services assistance on a limited basis through email.

If you need information about a service, visit the department online or email specific questions using the contact information noted below. We ask for your patience in receiving a reply to your email. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Important tips for emailing CCBC departments

So that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible, please remember to include student’s:
  • First and last name
  • CCBC ID (if a current student)
  • Date of birth
  • Major (if applicable)
  • Course information, question(s) and/or any other specific information you think may be helpful
