The Radiation Therapy program is a selective admissions program. Although the Community College of Baltimore County has an open door policy for general admission, enrollment in the School of Health Professions programs is competitive.
CCBC CAS Checklist for Radiation Therapy
Step 1 - Prepare to Apply
Collect pertinent materials like unofficial transcripts for all US college-level coursework and testing completed. Use these to help you complete the application.
CLEP, AP and non‐US college transcript evaluations (AACRAO, WES etc.) should be sent directly to CCBC’s School of Health Professions (SHP) Admission Office.
Step 2 - Complete CCBC CAS Application
If you applied using the CAS System before, then login and verify that all areas are correct. If you have taken additional courses, you must add them and send an official transcript showing the completed or in-progress courses.
Once all sections of the application have a green check mark, you will be able to pay the $50 non‐refundable application fee. It is better to submit the application at least a month before the application deadline.
- February 1st for Fall start
Step 3 - Official Transcripts
CCBC CAS Transcript Processing Center
P.O. Box 9134
Watertown, MA 02471
If your college sends electronic transcripts, be sure to include your CCBC CAS ID number in the address line to be sure your transcript is attached to your applicant file.
CLEP, AP, and non‐U.S. college transcript evaluations should not be sent to the CCBC CAS. Instead, send them to CCBC’s School of Health Professions (SHP) Admission Office. It can take 4 weeks for any transcript to be received and verified. Check your CCBC CAS account frequently and follow up with the processing center as necessary. It is better to send transcripts sooner rather than later.
Step 4 - Supplemental Information
You may be requested to complete a supplemental application.
- You will only receive this email if it applies to you.
- There is no additional fee associated with the supplemental information application.
