How to set up your student account and access the myCCBC portal.

As a new student, one of the first things you'll need to do is activate your CCBC student account.

Let's walk through the process of activating your account, logging into the portal and using other essential online services.

Activating your account

After applying to CCBC, you should have received an email containing your 9-digit CCBC ID number. Keep this handy when you set up your account.

  • Go to myCCBC and select First-Time User (beneath the login button).
  • Enter your CCBC ID, then follow the prompts to activate your username and password. Your username will consist of the first two letters of your last name and seven numbers of your CCBC ID number.

Accessing the myCCBC student portal

Once you've activated your account, you can use the same login credentials for all of your CCBC technology services — starting with the myCCBC portal!

myCCBC gives you access to just about everything CCBC — with just one login, through any device.

  • Desktop: To access through your desktop or laptop, go to myccbc.ccbcmd.edu
  • Mobile: To access on your phone or mobile device, download the app.

Featured applications

Through myCCBC, you can stay informed on upcoming news, events and deadlines — and access CCBC apps at the click of a button.

Managing your OneCard

The CCBC OneCard is your all-in-one student ID, library card and payment card!

You can create your OneCard through a mobile app or you can have a physical one made!

Mobile App

Download the Touchnet OneCard mobile app on your phone and follow the prompts to set up your account. Your username will be the same as the one you use for other CCBC services. You'll also be prompted to upload a photo.

Physical Card

You can use the app as your OneCard, but if you want a physical card, go to any campus Enrollment Services Center to pick yours up.

  • Buy food at campus cafeterias, coffee shops and vending machines – or purchase a pre-paid meal plan.
  • Buy books and materials at the CCBC bookstore (or use Financial Aid book credits).
  • Check out library materials.
  • Sign in for appointments and check in at events!
  • Ride the CCBC Shuttle.
  • Access fitness facilities.
  • Pay for printing and copies on campus.

You and an authorized user (such as a parent) can add money to spend on campus.

You can add funds to your "CCBC Bucks" balance for general spending or "CCBC Meals" for discounted prepaid meals.

Loading with a credit card
  • Desktop: Go to the OneCard portal through myCCBC. Click "Add Cash." Select the balance (CCBC Bucks or Meals) and enter your information.
  • Mobile App: Go to the OneCard mobile app and tap "Manage Account." Go to "Account Control," then in the options window, select "Deposit."
Loading with cash or check
Go to the Bursar's office at any Enrollment Services Center to pay via cash or check. Check payments are subject to a 5-business day hold.
