University of Baltimore
  • A.A.S. Criminal Justice to B.S. Criminal Justice
    • This Bee Line agreement is an efficient, accelerated, transfer access program for faster completion of UB undergraduate programs. The Bee Line offers CCBC students a structured pathway for attaining a four-year baccalaureate degree. Key components of the program include priority access to UB’s Criminal Justice program, associate degree completion, and early access to UB services. To apply to the CCBC-UB Criminal Justice Beeline, fill out the: UB undergraduate non-degree seeking application, and email it to the UB transfer admissions office. Include a note that you are a CCBC applicant to the Beeline, indicating which courses you would like to register for.
Peirce College
Johns Hopkins University
  • Graduates of the School of Justice that meet all admissions requirements at Johns Hopkins University - Division of Public Safety Leadership, can transfer all their CCBC credits and apply them to the Bachelor of Science programs at JHU. Contact Linda Fleischer for more information.

The Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions (MPCTC) and the Maryland Criminal Justice Consortium of College Educators.
  • Agreement between The Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions (MPCTC) and the Maryland Criminal Justice Consortium of College Educators. A MHEC approved statewide articulation agreement for Criminal Justice programs. Please send Linda Fleischer an email for more information.

Memorandum of Understanding between the Community College of Baltimore County and Baltimore County, Maryland a Body Corporate and Politic for its Baltimore County Fire-Rescue Academy (FRA). Award of credits to Firefighter recruits, EMS recruits, and Academy Status EMT-1, EMT-B, and EMR students upon graduation from the FRA.

Honors Program Articulation Agreements

Goucher College
  • CCBC and Goucher College’s Honors Articulation Agreement guarantees CCBC Honors Program graduates admission into the Honors College at Goucher during their first semester at Goucher, provided the student has met the criteria listed in this agreement.

Loyola University
  • CCBC and Loyola's Honors Articulation Agreement recognizes the outstanding academic achievement of CCBC Honors students and provides a smooth and successful transition from the CCBC Honors Program to Loyola University. They are guaranteed a Transfer Merit Scholarship which is renewable for up to 3 years, provided that students meet the criteria listed in this agreement.

American Public University
  • The Education Partnership Agreement awards CCBC graduates book grants, a technology fee waiver, and access to extensive credit transfer audits to assist students to achieve their aspirations and potential.

University of Baltimore Streamlined Transfer Agreement
  • This transfer agreement guarantees CCBC student admission to the University of Baltimore (Programs that do not have special admission requirements). If interested in programs that have special admission requirements, please read this agreement for further details. CCBC students and graduates are eligible for an application fee waiver of $35.00 as well as scholarships (permitted that students maintain the scholarship GPA requirement). UMBC Transfer Student Alliance
  • The Transfer Student Alliance guarantees CCBC students admission to The University of Maryland Baltimore County, housing and a scholarship. Please contact Nathan Fanning at UMBC for more information.

University of Maryland, College Park (UMD) Maryland Transfer Advantage Program (MTAP) for CCBC Students

  • MTAP provides a pathway for CCBC students who intend to complete a bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland. Students participate in MTAP while taking courses at CCBC.  Students are encouraged to apply to the program as soon as they are accepted to the CCBC, but can apply by the deadline prior to their last semester. 

*After applying to the MTAP program, CCBC student applicants need to send an email to the Register's Office to find out how to request the transcript (fee waived). It is the responsibility of the student to complete this step. 

Stevenson University (STAR) Program

  • The Transfer Student Alliance guarantees CCBC student admission to Stevenson University. Students have the opportunity to develop transfer plans that outline course equivalencies for their selected major before transferring. Students are also guaranteed scholarships. Wilmington University
  • The Direct Transfer Agreement provides CCBC graduates with conferred associate degrees conditional admittance with junior status into related bachelor’s degree programs at Wilmington University. CCBC graduates must complete their application (fee waived through this program); send official transcripts, and their medical form before full admittance. After that, it guarantees full transfer of all credits with no more than 55% of the related bachelor’s degree remaining for completion after transferring.
