Honors Program Celebrates 30th Anniversary

Celebrating 30 Years of Excellence

The CCBC Honors Program has a distinguished history. For three decades, the Honors Program has helped thousands of students identify their intellectual interests and pursue them vigorously. What started with a small select group of students has grown into a distinguished program attracting the most intellectual and highly curious students from all over the world.

The Honors program enrolls over 700 students each year who take full advantage of the rigorous academic programs, specialized faculty, a diverse campus community, and a designated common space where they gain real-world experiences, question the "givens" of life and build lifelong friendships.

Graduates of the program go on to study at top colleges and universities like Cornell, Yale, Amherst and Columbia. When they leave CCBC, they are prepared to enter the world, meet the challenges and make a difference.

In April 2018, the Honors Program will celebrate 30 years of excellence. With the help of a small group of alumni, students, faculty and staff, the CCBC Honors program is embarking on its first ever fundraising campaign: 300K for 30Y.

This ambitious campaign is focused on raising money so that the best and brightest minds can have access to the College through robust scholarship support, no matter their financial circumstances.

We invite you to share in our celebration and help us to increase the intellectual vitality of the program.
