LAN Parties scheduled for Fall 09 Semester at CCBC Essex!
The Institute of Art, Design and Interactive Media invites you to attend its monthly LAN PARTIES during Fall 09 semester at Essex campus. Join the fun! Invite your friends! Play UNREAL in a room of networked computers. Enjoy refreshments for $5.00! (Please bring EXACT change.) Registration is not required. Participants MUST be 17 or older to attend.

Black Student Union and Art Club "Mural Design Contest" at CCBC Essex!
The BSU and the Art Club CCBC Essex are collaborating to bring a mural to the basketball court and CCBC students are invited to design it! The theme: "BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD" by Mahatma Gandhi. Designs will be selected by a committee of Art Club and BSU members. Along with the theme, the committee would also like to incorporate ideas like "CCBC: A Brighter Future," Healing Social Rifts," and Overcoming Stigma." Let your creativity flow! - but only in a 3X10" ratio space! All designs should be submitted to the Art Club before November 30, 2009. The Art Club meets every Monday at 12:30 pm next to the sculpture room at Essex E-226. ALL ARE WELCOME WITH OR WITHOUT DESIGNS!
