Bellevue University

  • Bellevue University (traditional and online programs)
    Transfer in 82 credits from CCBC and fulfill all of your general education requirements at Bellevue (plus 9 credits in the Kirkpatrick Signature Series and 36 credits in the major for a Bachelor degree). 127 credits total needed for a B.A. or B.S. 132 credits needed for the B.F.A. *Bellevue tailors programs towards Military and Adult students, with this accelerated program you can get your Bachelor's in 1 year (12 months).

National Labor College

Transfer in a minimum of 56 credits and a maximum of 90 credits (includes: Tech Prep, portfolio of experiential learning, and/or transfer credits from accredited four-year institutions), prior to being matriculated at NLC. The credits taken at CCBC for general education requirements will satisfy

NLC’s general education requirements. All CCBC AA/AS/AAS/AFA/ or AAT degree graduates will enter NLC with Junior Standing.

CCBC students awarded an AA/AS/AAS/AFA/ or AAT degree, will be able to go into the Baccalaureate degree program of their choosing: BS Technical and Professional Studies (completely online program)/BA Labor Studies/BA Labor Education/BA Labor History/BA Political Economy of Labor/BA Union Leadership and Administration/ or BA Labor Safety and Health (all BA degrees are hybrid online/classroom programs).

NLC will only accept transfer credits with a grade of ‘C’ or better. NCL does not have an overall GPA requirement for admission.

Other Types of Transfer Agreements

  • The Towson University Freshman Transition Program —a special program for students who have applied to Towson University and have been offered an invitation to participate in the TU Freshman Transition Program. This invitation-only program is a collaboration between Towson University and The Community College of Baltimore County— offering students the opportunity to take CCBC courses, taught by CCBC faculty, on TU's campus with the ultimate goal of successfully transferring to Towson within two consecutive semesters.
