  • Online information system unavailable Oct. 28 - Nov. 1
    due to system upgrade

    Outage affects availability of admissions applications
    • The CCBC Online Information System (SIMON) will be undergoing a major upgrade beginning October 28, 2010. During this time only the class schedule search will be functional. Access to SIMON will resume during the day on Monday, November 1, 2010.CCBC general Admissions applications for all programs will also be unavailable during this period. If you wish to apply for admission to CCBC you may complete a printable application or wait until the online application is available on November 1.The outage will also affect the Selective Admissions applications for all School of Health Professions (SHP) programs. The CT and MRI programs are particularly affected by the scheduled downtime because of their application deadlines. If you wish to apply to CT or MRI after midnight on October 27, you must print the application and take the paper copy to the Bursar’s Office at any campus to pay the $20 application fee.The School of Health Professions Admissions Office will accept paper applications for the CT and MRI programs submitted until the close of business at 4:30 p.m. on November 1, 2010. For any other programs, simply wait until the online applications are available on November 1.If you have any questions about the application for CT or MRI, please call 443-840-1195 (Patti Shanahan) or 443-840-2831 (Ebony Thomas).   • NOTE: The RN and PN seat fee will become effective for students admitted after January 1, 2010. Applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable $200 fee to accept their offer of admission and reserve their space in the RN programs or the PN program. The fee will be applied to the first semester program charges. Students who accept the seat and then do not attend the program will not be eligible for a refund of the fee. The seat fee may become effective for all other SHP programs for students admitted by 2011.
