Application Process
Students applying for the Dental Hygiene program must first be admitted to the college. Admitance to the college does not constitute admission to the dental hygiene program. To be accepted into the program, students MUST complete and submit the Selective Admission Application on or before deadline.
|
The Dental Hygiene program is limited to the number of students that may be admitted for each class based on the size of the clinical facility and student-to-faculty ratios. Minimum criteria are established to be eligible for placement in the applicant pool and must be met by the application deadline. Final selection will be made using a ranking system which takes into account one’s overall GPA, science GPA, grades for prerequisite courses, and the completion of other general education courses required for graduation.
