Admissions
The Radiography program is a selective admissions program. Although the Community College of Baltimore County has an open door policy for general admission, enrollment in the selective admissions programs is competitive. To apply to the pgrogram, you should:

Apply to CCBC.

Contact the program case manager.

Complete all program prerequisites with a "C" or better grade.

Complete and submit a Selective Admissions Application to J101 on the Essex campus (Office of Selective Admissions) by the deadline.

Submit official transcripts from all previous colleges attended, including CLEP scores, AP scores and international evaluations, to the Office of Selective Admissions. You do not need to submit a CCBC transcript.
The Radiography program admits 29 students each year. The academic credentials of the most competitve candidates include a minimum of a 2.5 overall GPA, completion of MATH 135, ALHL 115, BIOL 109 and Phys 101 with a grade of "C" or better, and high interview and observation day scores. Students should complete these courses by the January 15th deadline.
The competitiveness of admissions depends on the pool of applicants.
