CCBC awards credit for successful completion of International
Baccalaureate higher level examinations. Attainment of the scores listed
below will earn the credits indicated. CCBC does not charge any
additional fees for transcripting these credits. It is necessary to have
the results sent to the Registrar at the CCBC Catonsville, Dundalk or
Essex campus in order to be awarded the credits.
The applicability of these credits to degree or certificate requirements
is made by the appropriate department/program administrators. All credit
awards are subject to existing CCBC policies. The transferability and
application of those credits to other two year and four year college
requirements varies greatly. Students are encouraged to make themselves
aware of specific APL policies at other colleges.
