2007-2008 Highlights
Lynette Copper Named NJCAA Division II Player of the Week for January 9, 2008
Lynette Copper (Easton High School; Eastern Shore, Md.) is the NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball Player of the Week. The 5-5 guard led Dundalk to a 2-0 record last week with, averaging 38.5 points, 9.0 steals, 4.5 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game. In a 88-84 win over Union County she had 34 points, seven steals, three assists and three rebounds. She followed that with 43 points, 11 steals, six assists and four rebounds in a 114-72 win over Frederick. On this week she was 33-of-59 from the field for a .560 shooting percentage.
Lynette is the leading scorer in the Maryland JUCO and #2 in steals.
For NJCAA, Lynette is the third leading scorer in the nation after 12 games and #2 in steals.
Lynette has scored a total of 309 points in 13 games played.

Casey Perry participated in the All Maryland JUCO Tournament.

Lynette Copper participated in the All Region XX and was nominated for All American.
