Stand Down for Female Veterans

Betty Moseley Brown, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs associate director of the VA Center for Women Veterans, provides keynote remarks as part of the Baltimore County Delta Foundation’s fourth annual “Stand Down” event for female veterans.

At the Stand Down veterans and their families will have the opportunity to network and share experiences with their fellow veterans. Healthcare and referral Information will be available, as well as other veteran service organization exhibitors. You can learn up-to-date Information about housing and benefits; there will be on-site job opportunities; and you can learn about relaxation techniques and fitness exercises. We will also have a tribute to female veterans and women in the military, our “Suited for Sheroe’s Success Clothes Closet,” a continental breakfast and snacks will be served throughout the day, and admission is free! Come join us!
