Career Development & Student Employment Services


Career Development & Student Employment Services provides assistance to students who are exploring careers, choosing majors, changing careers or preparing for the workplace. Services are designed to teach and prepare students to make career decisions, to develop career action plans and to support students through all stages of career development and workplace preparation.

Services include:

  • Individual Career Counseling
  • Administration and interpretation of career inventories and assessments
  • Credit instruction in career and life planning courses
  • Career exploration through workshops and special events

Student Employment

Students and alumni wanting assistance with preparation for the workplace can obtain help and information in the Student Employment Office. Students can find local employment opportunities using a web-based job bank, accessing online and print resources and through our job fairs and on-campus recruitment activities.
