Contest Rules for
"Become a Member, Win an iPod Nano"

Entries (one per person) must be received by 11:59 p.m. July 31st, 2008.
One winner will be randomly selected from all Alumni Association Membership
Applications and will become the property of CCBC Alumni Offices.

1. When a new graduate becomes a member of the CCBC Alumni Association their application will be entered into a drawing for an Apple® iPod Nano Silver 2GB MP3 Player, estimated value $149.99.
2. New graduate is anyone who is certified as graduated from CCBC with 30 credits or more or received a degree or certificate from September 1, 2007 through July 1, 2008 and has NO outstanding fees or obligations to CCBC.
3. New graduate may join the alumni association for the reduced price of $28.00 until July 31, 2008.
4. New graduate must have valid proof of identification (i.e. driver's license, passport, birth certificate, identification card).
5. New graduate must be a legal resident of the United States.
6. Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner has 30 days to claim prize.
8. By participating in drawing, winner agrees to allow usage of his/her name, voice and/or likeness in any advertising or broadcasting material contest related as well as the CCBC website and other CCBC Alumni publications and must sign a waiver stating agreement prior to receipt of the prize.
9. CCBC Alumni Association reserves the right to amend contest rules at any time prior to the drawing. Changes to rules are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of CCBC Alumni Association officers and the Office of Alumni Relations with regard to the contest is final. By participating in this contest, entrants and winner agree to be bound by contest rules. Failure to comply with contest rules will result in disqualification.
10. WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL OR PHONE BY AUGUST 8, 2008.
