PMP (R) Certification Exam Preparation
Total Cost $1,395 (Tuition $1,295 Fees $100)
This course is designed to assist practicing project managers in preparing for the Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP?) certification exam. Students should have completed PMI's basic educational requirement and have an understanding of the project management processes and knowledge areas detailed in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Participants will review key components of project management as identified in the PMBOK®, typical PMP® certification exam questions and format, and test taking skills. Topics to be covered include the PMP® application process, review of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, study techniques and study planning, and exam format review.
