Water Aerobics

These water exercises at the shallow end of the pool are performed in a resistance style using water force as the weight. You do not need to be a swimmer or get your head wet and it's a perfect course for people who dislike jogging or other activities but want to stay in shape. N/C 5/26, 7/4

Intermediate/Advanced Water Aerobics

This in-the-water fitness class builds upon an established aerobics base and allows you to improve your physical skills and includes warm-up and cool-down sessions. Flexibility and upper and lower body strength movements will be included. Learn guided self-monitoring, relaxation, and suspended motion exercises.

Beginning Swimming

Provides intensive practice of the elementary back stroke, breast stroke, side stroke and crawl stroke; introduces and refines the inverted breast stroke, the trudgen stroke and the trudgen crawl strokes; emphasizes distance swimming; also covers specialized rescue dives, disrobing and motionless floating skills. Aerobic Kick Boxing

Circuit Training I

Fitness Camp

Early-morning risers who like the outdoors and want to kick start their day with an energizing workout will enjoy our fitness camp. Students of all fitness levels will have fun exercising and improving their overall health, endurance, strength and flexibility. This course will focus on techniques to burn fat and build muscles using cardio, interval and resistance training exercises. Student will need to bring a jump rope, 5 and 10 lbs., or 15lbs. dumbbells and wear cross-training shoes.
