The Instructional Design and Assessment Center (IDAC) provide comprehensive solutions to your specific workforce development needs.   • Standardize and document work processes and standard operating procedures
  • Plan and facilitate meetings, planningsessions and work improvement team activities
  • Assist with the development of consistent and measurable on-the-job training
