CCBC offers a high quality early childhood program that provides a safe, healthy, nurturing environment for children, dedicated to quality care, the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Children's Learning Center offers developmentally appropriate programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children at one of three campuses. 

The CCBC Children's Learning Centers are Primarily a service for students, faculty and staff of the three campuses. Children of community residents are welcome, space permitting. Children are accepted regardless of race, religion, ethnicity , or sex. Age groupings follow licensing requirements. the centers strive for an atmosphere of equal opportunity, trust, respect, and appreciation of the diversity of our staff and the families served.
