Effective July 1st, 2006 the following changes will require only a signed Banner Form:
Change in course title
Change in course Description
Change in final grade assignment (letter grade, Pass-Fail, etc.)
Effective July 1st, 2006 the following changes will require a full proposal:
Change in pre or co-requisites
Change in number of credits
Any change to the Common Course Outline (overall course objectives, major topics, and/or course requirements (assessment criteria)
You will also need to submit the abbreviated proposal form. If you are making changes to multiple CCOs within the same discipline, you will only need to complete one proposal form. On the form include all of the CIC numbers and Course Numbers and then the rationale for all of the changes.
