MISSION

The mission of the First-Year Experience is to provide the necessary tools and information about available college resources that will prepare and assist students with achieving their higher education goals, while simultaneously providing learning opportunities, outside of the classroom, that will contribute to a positive college experience that engages, educates, challenges and welcomes students into the community of learners that is CCBC.

FYE Fall Programs

• Got Class? - The Office of the First-Year Experience will be offering etiquette classes and seminars during the fall 2008 semester. Check back for details.
• Thursday Film Night - Grab a blanket and sit out under the stars and enjoy a movie on the big screen.
• Transferring? Graduating? Confused? - Then you need to make sure you know what to do next! Watch for "Advising 4 U!" a three part seminar that is designed to answer all of your questions about:
