About Counseling Services

Counseling Services are designed to help students achieve emotional growth and personal well-being which will contribute to a positive, holistic educational experience.

These services are free and available to all students who are currently enrolled in classes on the Essex campus.

Counseling Services include:

• Individual or personal counseling
• Group counseling
• Seminars and forums on topics related to mental wellness
• Online self-assessments

Services may be useful for those times when life presents challenges that require a professionally trained listener who can assist in a process of self-exploration.
