Mission Statement
Career Development and Student Employment Services assists the college community in the areas of career exploration and employment. The mission is to educate, assist and support the college community about the career decision making process; develop and maintain linkages with the Baltimore metropolitan business community; provide current information and resources on labor market statistics, employment trends and training requirements; assist with job preparation and readiness; and empower our community by encouraging a commitment to lifelong learning.
