The Community College of Baltimore County Accounts Payable Department is
responsible for timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and other
related tasks. Payments are made based upon valid and authorized check
requests and payments against purchase orders.
The Accounts Payable department is also responsible for payment of
Employee Travel Advances, Employee Travel Expense Reports and Check
Requisitions for Reimbursement of employee out-of-pocket expenses.
