Auxiliary Services consists of the bookstores, the food services operations and the children's learning centers, located on each of the campuses.

Bookstores

The CCBC Bookstores are self-service stores operated by the College for the benefit of the students, faculty and staff. Although the Bookstores are designed primarily to provide new and used textbooks, they do offer other important services and products, such as: special orders of any books listed in Books in Print, supplies, college sportswear, and school rings. In addition, for the convenience of the students and staff, the stores sell greeting cards, gifts, wrapping paper, snacks, daily papers, magazines, bargain books, bus passes, postage stamps and gift cards. The stores also provide a daily textbook buy back service.

The bookstores now operate an e-commerce site available either through the CCBC web page or directly at http://www.bookstore.ccbcmd.edu, which includes book list information and the option to purchase directly, with shipment to residences.

Food Services

The CCBC Food Services consists of on-line cafeteria services and catering services on all three campuses. Daily cafe menus and catering menus are available on the college web site. The cafeterias feature breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, desserts, pizza and hot entrees. The cafeterias' hours of operation are set to service the students and staff, depending on the time of year. Vending services are also available throughout the campus buildings. An espresso coffee shop operates on the Essex campus.

Children's Learning Centers

The CCBC Children's Learning Centers are operated by the College both as a lab experience for the Early Childhood Curriculum students and as a child care service to students, staff and the community. The centers provide the usual child care services as well as certain specialized programs. the centers are licensed by the State of Maryland, Department of Human Resources. Information is available by calling 410-455-4242 on the Catonsville Campus; 410-285-9890 on the Dundalk Campus; and 410-780-6631 on the Essex Campus. The children's learning centers information, including program, philosophy, staffing, cost, licensing, registration, etc., is also available on the college web site.
