The Honors Program is intended to promote
academic excellence in students who are both intellectually gifted and
highly motivated. The Program seeks to enrich the educational experience
of students by admitting students who have the ability, interest, and
initiative to be successful in such a program. Honors students are
distinguished by their willingness to question the assumptions of others
and the "givens" of life.
