Mission Statement:

We seek to create a work environment, organizational culture and diverse workforce that reflects the society and community in which we live and one that creates a climate for the success of all employees by appreciating the uniqueness that they bring to the workplace. We assume responsibility, along with faculty, staff and administrators, in facilitating the success of all of our learners by raising awareness of barriers to success related to equity within the learning environment and to characteristics of the diverse learners themselves.
