In this workshop you will learn to use:

• Meta Search Engines
• Advanced Features in Search Engines
• Vortals (Subject Specific Search Engines)
• Search Tools for Media: Audio, Video, RSS

In this Workshop Searching Techniques will be introduced on:

• BOOLEAN SEARCHING
• PHRASE SEARCHING
• FIELD SEARCHING (ex: finding power point presentations)
• TRUNCATION
