How Do I Create a Username?

1. Click the "Create Your User Name" button on the login page.

2. Complete the form:

   1. Enter your social security number (formerly user ID).

   2. Enter your birthday.

   3. From the dropdown box select a security question (this question will appear in the event you forget your user name or PIN).

   4. Answer the above question (you will be required to type this answer in the event you forget your user name and PIN, please type carefully).

   5. Confirm your answer by typing it again.

   6. Create your user name (The name must be at least 6 characters and can be up to 18 characters in length. It can consist of only numbers or letters or a combination of both).

   7. Confirm your user name by typing it again.

   8. Click the "submit" button.

3. Your user name is being emailed to your CCBC student (or faculty/staff) email account (in the event that you do not have a CCBC student email account you will be prompted to add a new email address (please remember which email account you specify as this is where your user name and PIN will be emailed if you forget either).

4. On the Validate New User page, click the link to return to the CCBC Online Information System login page.
