PAY FOR INDEPENDENT STUDY

The following are the basis for independent study assignments: 

1. All independent study projects appropriately approved will receive similar treatment.
2. Instructors involved in such projects will be paid for any and all students unless the instructor specifically requests no remuneration.
3. Contracts will be written at the time that all necessary paperwork is completed.
4. Faculty will be reimbursed on a basis of:

Number of students divided by 12 x course's TLH x appropriate adjunct rate of pay = pay.
