MEET on Common Ground -- Do you often wonder how to handle instances of conflict better? Do you sometimes think of what you SHOULD HAVE said, long after the conversation is over? Come and learn a simple method -- The MEET model -- to use the next time. MEET is an acronym for the four steps in dealing with conflict based upon differences. The sessions below are open to everyone. In addition, this training may be tailored to particular workplace settings and situations upon special arrangement by department supervisors.
