U.S. Census Bureau This link is the definitive place to start for federal statistics, agencies and more.
FirstGov The official United States Government website. It is the ONE website for the entire Federal system.
American Association of Community Colleges The national leader for community colleges
National Center for Educational Statistics America's educational statistician. This site has a huge number of resources for the academic world.
National Community College Council for Research and Planning A data source for educational planning.
Association for Institutional Research A national resource for Planning, Research and Evalution offices.
Middle States Commission on Higher Education Our Accreditation body.
State
Maryland State Page A one-stop site which lists every State agency, department and commission from Aging to Education to Planning and Higher Education. Numerous other links are included here as well.
Maryland State Data Center State and County Data at your fingertips. Demographic Profiles, population estimates and projections, zip-code maps and a host of other planning data products from an award winning data producer.
Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) MHEC is the State of Maryland's higher education coordinating board responsible for establishing statewide policies for Maryland colleges, universities, and for-profit career schools. MHEC also administers state financial aid programs.
Maryland Association of Community Colleges Information about Maryland community colleges. They have an extensive Databook.
