Late Registration for Open Sections
Students will be permitted to register late for an open class without a Dean's/Designee permission prior to the second class meeting. Once the class has met for the second time, a student needs the Dean's/Designee permission (in consultation with the instructor).
NOTE: Initial registrations will be charged a late fee of $30.00. Fee assessed on or after the first day of the semester.
Exceptions: After the first day of the semester/session, Dean's or Dean Designee's permission will be required for courses that meet once a week only or science courses with labs and abbreviated sessions. As of the first day of the semester/session, Dean's or Dean Designee's permission will be required for all Web courses.
A student may enroll in an open class prior to the first class meeting. If the student misses one class meeting, the late enrollment policy takes effect.
