Support Student Life Pantries on Giving Tuesday

Nov 09, 2021

Nearly half of community college students experience food insecurity,* meaning they don’t know where their next meal is coming from. Many CCBC students are sometimes forced to make the decision between eating and education.

In September alone, the CCBC Dundalk campus Student Life Pantry distributed 10,000 non-perishable food items, personal-care products, and school supplies to students in need.

We invite you to join us in supporting the CCBC Catonsville, Dundalk and Essex Student Life Pantries as part of this year’s Giving Tuesday efforts on Nov. 30, 2021. Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity, created in 2012 to provide an opportunity for people around the world to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need.

As the holiday season approaches and more students are looking for help, your support of CCBC Student Pantries helps ensure no student goes through their day hungry. Please give now. »
