Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, in residence at CCBC Essex, is pleased to announce its Summer 2021 season, July 9 through August 15. All performances will be held at the Robert and Eleanor Romadka College Center, F. Scott Black Mainstage Theatre, at CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Boulevard. All seats are general admission.Having had to cancel the 2020 season due to the pandemic, Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre has been working diligently to prepare a safe return to the stage and welcome audiences back. Keeping in alignment with state and county requirements and best practices, the theatre will require temperature screenings and face coverings for everyone (regardless of vaccination status). Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None
Directed by Linda Chambers
The grand dame of mystery takes top billing with her world-renowned stage classic. The director and cast have been waiting to hear it’s time to take up their journey to a manor house on a mysterious island and bring you the chills and surprises you expect from a Christie murder mystery.

July 11, 18, 25 at 3 p.m.

Disney’s Moana, Jr.
Directed by Liz Boyer-Hunnicutt
Since Cockpit announced plans to produce this Disney hit, young actors have been clamoring to join the fun! We’ll bring the Court Jesters back to the stage with this heart-warming story about finding the resilience and courage to face the unknown and conquer fear with love. Plan ahead to bring your young theatre fans to this production. Seating is limited.
