On the 25th anniversary of this tragic day, we invite you to join us in both preserving the stories, experiences and lessons of this tragic day and honoring the strength and resilience demonstrated in its aftermath. Together, we will remember, reflect, and ensure that the legacy of those affected is never forgotten.

How are we remembering?
This series of commemorative events is dedicated to the nearly 3,000 lives lost, to the brave first responders and recovery workers, and to the families, communities and generations impacted. Activities will include:
- Where was I project: Students, faculty, and staff are invited to share their memories and reflections.
- Gratitude gardens: Through creativity and reflection, students, faculty, and staff can paint a rock that will become part of a permanent Gratitude Garden on the Catonsville, Dundalk, and Essex campuses.
- Panel Discussion: How 9/11 shaped the world we know.
- Memorial Ceremonies: Honoring the lives lost, the courage of the first responders who answered the call, and the strength and unity that emerged in the face of tragedy.
- National Day of Service: Creating thank-you cards for local EMS professionals.
